Blogging Events or Carnivals

Blogging events or Blog Carnivals as some refer to them provide an opportunity to link a post to other blogs with posts on a similar topic.This type of blogging event is fun-and a wonderful way to connect with other bloggers that have similar interests. Also, a weekly blogging event can help when you just can't think of anything to blog about!

Here are a few weekly events that I know about-some of which I've participated in. All of them are from great bloggers who are dedicated to promoting the blogging community. I've made a note when Mr. Linky is used-if he is not, then email the blogger directly so your post will be linked. Emails are usually found on the sidebar, or in the profile.


Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
So you see there's plenty going on! Try out one of these-you'll meet some of nicest new bloggers! If you know of other weekly events, please leave them in the comments and I'll add them! I will put a link to this post in the sidebar for the future.

    Thanks for the lists! I think LivingLocurto.com is having one for husbands this week...and does HookedOnHouses have one every Friday now or not? I'm not sure.

    Another great way to meet other bloggers is www.entrecard.com and www.twitter.com And then there is twittermoms and bloggingmoms.

    This is a nice idea, Diane! Thanks for the links! There are a lot I didn't know about.

    It is a great way to read new blogs and find out new ideas and participating in an "Event" also helps when one is in a blog slump of some sort as it gets the creative juices going again.

    LOL!!! You are too sweet to even leave a comment on my blog today with all it's mistakes and grammar errors. I was so tired(2:00am when it was posted) and it showed! LOL When my daughter called and pointed them out to me, I cringed...at least I could laugh.

    That is a lot of links. I know I've seed "Wordless Wednesday" also but I'm not sure where it originates.
    Blogging really has become a great way to connect with people. I've met so many wonderful people and I have learned so much. So fun! With so much going on one could make blogging a full-time "job" if you wanted to call it that. *s*..

    There's TONS going on around the blog world! Sometimes I bookmark them and then forget to go back until after the day is over! Lol!

    Monday is also Pretty Paper Hearts challenge for anyone who wants to play with paper and scissors!
