A Pink Character

Beverly at How Sweet the Sound is hosting Pink Saturday. Please visit her for lots of pink inspiration!

Ladies, I'm running out of pink! So lately I've had to research the internet to find pictures that I thought were worthy of Pink Saturday. I really thought the pink dolphin from last week and Brad Pitt's pink houses from the week before were interesting and fun to read about.

I also found this little guy while searching! I hadn't seen him in quite a while.

Here's what I found about his character from Wikipedia:

The Pink Panther is the main character in a series of animated short films. The character originally appeared in the opening and closing credit sequences of the 1963 live-action feature film The Pink Panther. The popularity of the character spawned a series of animated short films, and the character would appear in the opening sequence of every film in The Pink Panther series (except for A Shot in the Dark and Inspector Clouseau). The cool cat starred in 124 shorts (either theatrical or made-for-television), 10 television shows and 3 television specials (primetime).

I really like his theme song!

I'm going to have to get out with my camera and search for more pink! LOL

Thanks for stopping by, and hope you have a wonderful Pink Saturday!

  3. Pink Panther was used to sell attic insulation, and that had him as a cartoon. I loved the Steve Martin film, and another is coming out!
