Help me name this pink plant

Beverly at How Sweet the Sound is hosting Pink Saturday. Please visit her for to see lots of pink this week and meet some wonderful bloggers!

Last year I bought several perennials at the end of the season at Lowes off the clearance rack. The plant with the pale pink blooms in this picture is one of the ones I bought. I didn’t save the tag and am not sure what it is called. IMG_0777

So, can any of you garden experts name this plant?

Hope you have a great day and a very happy Mother’s Day!

Thanks for coming by,

Diane
