Welcome to 2nd Time Around. Please join us by creating a post with something ‘new’ to you that you’ve gotten at a garage sale, estate sale, thrift store, etc.
This garden trellis is an old piece that my son found somewhere and is used between the porch and my hydrangea bushes.
The picture really doesn’t do it justice, but is the only one I can find. My hydrangeas were in full bloom while we were gone, and really have not recovered from the heat and drought we had in June.
Thanks for stopping by today!
Diane
I not only like your trelis but truly adore your Hydrangeas! Beautiful! I really wish we had better luck with them growing here in the desert.
ReplyDeleteIt is fun to join your party again. I really haven't been out looking lately for treasures. Mr B think we have way too many around here already!:-)

How cute. Love what you did!
ReplyDeleteDiane, the trelis looks great and the hydrangeas are beautiful. I lost one of mine in the heat.

Good Morning Miz Diane,
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful your hydrangeas are! We tried to grow some last year but they died. I really should have learned more about raising them before I attempted it. Yours are beautiful and I love that trellis piece!
The trellis is doing its job with those pretty hydrangeas.
ReplyDeleteLove the trellis! Hydrangea...one of my all time favs!
ReplyDeletegreat job!
Almost looks like you're viewing those gorgeous hydrangeas through cathedral windows.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Thanks for sharing your lovely pictures and great trelis. I love it!!
ReplyDeleteHi Diane, I wasn't able to post a 2nd time around item today. It was midnight before I was able to do a post and I took the easy way out. Next week I will definitely participate again. While in KC I did lots of thrift shopping. I just didn't get it photographed. Sigh. We have been home a week and all we have been doing is yard work and catching up with things that have been neglected since we were gone all summer. Lol. We are paying the piper.
ReplyDeleteYour trellis is so different and it looks great too. I want to plant some hydrangeas but not this summer. We just planted some knockout roses. I am so excited about them and expect beautiful blooms. They are a double pink.
Have a wonderful day Diane. I have missed being in touch with you this summer.
Hugs...Jeanne
Diane, what a great trellis! Your hydrangeas look so pretty. laurie
ReplyDeleteThe trellis is beautiful as are the flowers!
ReplyDeleteHi Diane
ReplyDeleteThat is a very pretty trellis.
Has it cooled down a little there?
My hydrangeas grew like monsters thsi summer because we had so much rain!
Hugs, Pat
