I seems that I’m noticing teapots everywhere I go since I started my antique mall and Etsy adventures! This chippy yellow cabinet is not in my booth (I wish) but in a booth near mine at the new antique mall. I love the cabinet, and can’t think of a better way to decorate it than all these vintage teapots!
I only have one teapot at my house even though I love them….I bought this one several years ago at an auction. It came with another teapot and a couple of cups. I love it because it matches my china with the lavender flowers.
Here’s another one I found recently and listed on Etsy. I sold within a week and arrived at it’s destination on Christmas Eve! The lady that bought it emailed me not to worry about it arriving on time…she printed a picture and wrapped that!
Do you have something you collect? Tell me about it!
Teapots are the best. They always look great in a cupboard, on a table, and especially in use!
ReplyDeleteI love your teapot, Diane. They would be wonderful to collect!!

I love your teapot, the little flowers are so cute. But I must say my heart skipped a beat when I saw the one's in the cabinet, there is one Hall's sitting right on the 2d shelf on the far left and 1/2 of a Hall's coffee pot sitting right above it, you can see where the bottom half would sit...I love my Hall's I wanted to just reach in and grab them...
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.

That flower covered teapot is really nice.
ReplyDeleteSo sweet!
ReplyDeleteDiane,

I have a small teapot collection Diane. Several come from England because my sister lived there for several years and would send them to me. I enjoy mine so much. I love your photo of the cabinet full of them!
ReplyDeletei love teapots too! your lavender flower one is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteOh the teapots are so cool. The green one with the daisy's reminds of my wedding pottery by Metlox. I only have a few pieces left. BTW come over and check out my post today it is a little different.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day,
Sherry
Hello Diane, I adore your teapots you have shown today. They are so much fun to collect. You should start a collection. However, I do know with your new booth, you are having fun finding them to sell.
ReplyDeleteI loved going to Atlanta with my sisters to sell once more. Just like old times.
Have a happy day.
Hugs xoxo, Jeanne
Those are some beautiful teapots! Maybe when my boys are older I'll start a collection of something. Right now all I seem to collect are dust bunnies!

You have a beautiful collection! Believe it or not, my husband is the one who would really love them! He is my tea-drinker and has a very special tea pot his grandmother gave him.
ReplyDeleteWhen I met him, I couldn't help but keep my eyes open for these treasures. :)
Thanks for sharing them!
I've wrapped some pictures of things that will arrive a tad late.
ReplyDeleteTeapots are so much fun! And had I seen that flowers one...I'd have snapped it up for my friend Daisy. :-)
