Yogurt Pie

I'm always looking for low cal solutions to my sweet tooth!

This is a great weight watchers pie....you can use any flavor jello and yogurt, such as strawberry to change it up!

Ingredients

1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust
1 .3 oz package sugar-free Jell-O, lime flavor

1/4 cup boiling water
2 6 oz containers fat-free yogurt, key lime flavor
1 8 oz container fat-free Cool Whip

Directions

In large bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. With wire whisk, stir in yogurt. Gently fold in Cool Whip with spatula or wooden spoon. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.

Makes one pie, 8 servings, 4 WW points each.

Number of Servings: 8

Thanks for stopping by!

This actually sounds pretty delish! My problem is...I'd always be going back to the fridge for "just another sliver"....and the whole thing would be gone in two days. :-)

I am not even putting this recipe aside-I have written it down & I will buy everything tomorrow on my weekly grocery shopping. Key lime yogurt is my absolute favorite flavor! I can't even buy it because I could eat 3 at once!!

Thanks for the healthy recipes Diane! :-)

Hi Diane, My mom made yogurt pie like this and it was delicious and low in calories. Now even less calories because of sugar free Jello. Yum.

I woke up to total quiet today. It was almost too quiet. LOL. Just me and my laptop blogging away.

Have a great evening.

Hugs...Jeanne
