Deborah from Pictures Pots and Pens is hosting Family Fotos on Friday. Please visit her to meet lots of friendly bloggers! Thanks Deborah for hosting this. These pictures were made about 3 years ago at the Museum of Natural Science in Jackson, Ms. Connor and I rode over with my friend Beth and her 2 granddaughters. I remember how much fun we had that day! Connor was so active and curious about everything. He was 3 years at the time.
This first picture is of Connor, Emily and Mary Landon. Connor was the youngest, but thought he was just as old as the girls!
He was more interested in the mechanics of the fence than he was in viewing the T Rex!
This is a 'hands on' type of museum which is perfect for him. He was so active back then as you can tell from these pictures.
I would love to take him back there soon. Now that he is a little older, I think he would enjoy it even more than he did the first time. And of course now there is Cooper...he will need a trip over there!
I love my old photos and the memories that they bring. Thanks for stopping by!

Fun! I love museums like that!
He looks like he is totally full of energy! What adorable children. I dropped by from Tootsie Time.
I definitely think he needs to go back there soon...he was having so much fun...you can just see it!
That looks like so much fun!!! We haven't been to a museum in a few years and I remember how much my children enjoyed it!! Thanks for sharing the pictures!
Good morning Diane. What a treasure trove of photos of Connor at the museum. Emily and Mary are such pretty little girls. Thanks for sharing a precious day trip to the museum today.
Hugs...Jeanne
Love the musuem visit, my family loves the place. On the news it was said that the T Rex was found in Morton, Ms, which is 10 miles from me. My daughter lives north of I20 and its so sandy there, as if a beach was there. We think it must have been the ocean at one time. What a shock a T Rex in Morton! lol
That looks like such a fun museum!!! Tim would LOVE to see that dinosaur! All of your pictures are so cute! I'll bet Cooper would love a visit there. :) I love looking back on my pictures too!
take care,
Dawn
That looks like a really neat museum and hands on museums are the BEST!!
Diane, I just love Connor! Look at that precious face! He is so excited, and those pictures are priceless. I can't tell you how much I love his red hair. He's precious beyond words. :-)
XO,
Sheila
What a fun age! It's so fun to see that energy and enthusiasm! So cute! ~ Robyn
Those are such cute pictures of Connor, Diane. It looks like he had a great time.
Your Taco Soup sounds -- and looks -- delicious. I may try it this weekend now that we have cold weather back for a while.
This looks like a perfect museum for little boys to enjoy --Conner looks like he had a great time and I bet he would enjoy seeing it again now that he is older. Cooper would enjoy it too!
My favorite age is 18 months until 3. They're like little sponges then. Thanks for sharing.
They are all super cute kids! It looks like they had a lot of fun.
I used to take my kids now young adults to the museums all the time. They loved it also.
About N.Y. We celebrated our 20th there in Nov.
We saw 3 plays. White Christmas (fantastic and a must see if you love the movie). Mary Poppins...again fantastic. Little Mermaid (for old time sake) my daughter used to sing all the songs.
Never did get to the Statue. We have been there many times since we live an easy 8 hour drive away. We live in Canada near Montreal.
Happy Foto Friday Diane

It's hard to believe he was that little...he's grown up so much since then. I would love to take him back, and maybe go this time...
What adorable angels! I go to Jackson now and then--I'm delighted to know about this museum.
Absolutely adorable children...and on such a worthwhile field trip and having great fun while they learn all about cool stuff.

I've always wondered about this place. I pass the exit for it going to and from the ballpark. I may have to stop in this summer.
