Two weeks ago tomorrow we were in Orlando celebrating my Uncle Pat and Aunt Mary's 50th wedding anniversary. The celebration was from 11 am to 2 pm at the Dr Phillips House, Courtyard at Lake Lucerne which is in downtown Orlando.
Pat and Mary 50 years ago....
Pat and Mary today at the party.....
And here are their 4 wonderful children who planned this event. From left, Jennifer, Dana, Michael and Denise .
Here is Pat and Mary with my 2 aunts and his brother-in-law!
We were so happy to be able to attend and be a part of the celebration. The next morning their children hosted a brunch at their home for all of the out of town guests, which gave us another opportunity to visit with our family.
One of my favorite parts of our Orlando trip was seeing Pat and Mary, my two aunts (both from Mississippi) and lots of first cousins-many of them from Mississippi and Louisiana! The weather was wonderful in Orlando on Saturday-not too hot and beautiful fair skies-whch made for a picture perfect day!
Thanks for stopping by today. I usually link this post to Family Fotos on Friday Deborah at Pictures, Pots, and Pens, but I think she's still out of town.
