Laughing Cow Cheese: Product Review

Have you tried Laughing Cow cheese? These little triangular cheese wedges come 8 to a package and are spreadable. The 'light' variety has only 35 calories per wedge. I use one for a low calorie snack with some Ritz Toasted Chips.

Laughing Cow cheese makes a great substitute for mayonnaise too! Just spread on a whole wheat bun and top with ham or roast beef, pop in the microwave for a few seconds, and you have a warm sandwich for not too many calories. For more information on Laughing Cow and other products, click here.

Thanks for stopping by!

Good morning Diane, Yes I have eaten Laughing Cow cheese many times. It is a snack I allow myself on occasion.
It is really good and sometimes I can't find it at the grocery store, so others must like it too.

Can't wait to see your 50 cent bargain. I have one for 75 cents that I will post tomorrow. Can't wait.

Hugs...Jeanne

I haven't tried this cheese, Diane, but if it's lo-cal I might. I need to be thinking lo-cal right now since I packed on some extra pounds this summer. Yikes!

And I'm getting all ready for your T to T Tuesday. Can't wait. I have to get the picture ready so I can link up to you. And THEN I have to figure out Mr. Linky. That could be a challenge. ;-)

Happy Monday,

Sheila

I love Laughing Cow cheese! I like to spread a little on a celery stick for a yummy snack. I like the idea of using it for a sandwich spread!

Hi Diane :)

That post of Connor getting his haircut broke my heart! :( Poor thing, but it looks like he survived LOL I wouldn't be taking his brother in any time soon either!

Oh and I love cheese, so this sounds great to me :)

I haven't tried that cheese but I have seen the commercials and wondered if it would be good. I'm always looking for light snacks and that sounds like a good one.

Hey gril...I am so sorry I am just now answering your question about the cornmeal thing...I only use the yelllow corn meal for this recipe only..all my other cornbread that we eat is made with the Martha White Buttermilk packages...yea...it's true..I love it! lol But I just like the way this yellow is coarser and seems to obsorb better (lordy..sounds like I am talking about a paper towel!) lol But I ma sure it would be fine with white corm meal and I use to make one with the white and use poultry seasoning...the main thing is just the campbells soup mixes and chicken broth with your onions & celery...just play and tweak it girl...but like I always tell anybody...we all have our favorite way of cooking things for holidays and that is the most important thing...do what you family remembers and grew up with and has loved all their life..sometimes it is not the fact that the food even taste great ...it is the fact of the memory that we hold so dear in our hearts that makes everything wonderful...it is just glorious to be alive and together with our loved ones! Have a great week sweetie!
